Ways to send flowers without using a credit card?

I have a friend (who could become more than a friend) that lives in another state. I want to send her flowers where she works (she’s volunteering at a hospital) but I don’t have a credit card. And I don’t want to use my parent’s card (I’m 17, so is she). I’d like to keep this a secret.
First of all, does this seem like a good idea? Second, if yes, how could I go about doing that? Is there some way to use like cash or something?

Go to a florist near you and tell them you want to wire flowers to another state. They should be able to help you.
