i see alot of people are concerned about the egg whites. No, you don’t need egg whites. I use gumpaste glue, a bit of gumpaste dissolved in water. You can use straight water too, but gumpaste glue is just a little tackier. And you don’t need to worry about egg white being used in gumpaste, BECAUSE YOU DON’T EAT THOSE FLOWERS. they are strictly for decoration. Gumpaste doesn’t taste like anything so there’s no reason to eat it. The flowers are reusable.

Any and all cake supplies can be ordered online through Wilton, a lot of pastry specific stores carry them as well but you can order directly from them and they also have kits available. Sorry for shelling them but they’re the only company I know
