Can i get flowers delivered to a warehouse?

my gf broke up with me and i tried to get her to take me back but i made too many mistakes. were just friends now and dated for 2 1/2 years. we didnt have problems till recently so id thought wed get through it. would it be stupid to send flowers now? i was planning for them to say sorry. but she works at a warehouse and i didnt know if theyd deliver there and if they did would she get them?

yes you can get flowers delivered to anywhere. get a service with a van (duh) and give them the address, and the name the delivery will be brought to the desk and the name on the flower will tell the receptionist who to call

Having flowers deliver to a girl…but I don’t know where she is?

This may be a ridiculous questions but there’s a girl at my school that I want to send flowers to. I know her full name but have know idea what classes she has or where she lives or works. I met her tonight and didn’t want to be too forward and ask her out.
If I gave a full name and university to a flower shop they wouldn’t track her down to deliver them would they?
I’d track her down myself if it didn’t seem like stalking haha

If you guys live on campus just look up her dorm in the mail room were packages are sent. When you buy something online you put down the campus address with your name and then they handle it from there so you should be able to do it that way BTW… Im not trying to rain on your parade but if you meet this girl last night at a party she probably didn’t give you her real name on the other hand if you see her every day you should just give them to her yourself also sending flowers this soon is FORWARD

i want to hire someone to dress up in a costume to deliver flowers for a friends bday but i don’t know were to find them in Melbourne. might have to hire a costume and do it myself. but i wouldn’t be able to stop laughing.

How do I preserve my wedding flowers in a non-traditional way?

I want to preserve my wedding flowers but I don’t want to freeze dry them or put them in a shadow box. Does anyone know a unique way to preserve my flowers?

Like you I am not very traditional so when I wanted to preserve my wedding bouquet flowers I searched the web for flower preservation and memorial jewelry. I found this site www.isiskeepsakes.com. They can take your flowers, whether fresh or already dried, and create a keepsake for you. I had them make me a beautiful flower petal earring and pendant set for myself and had a bracelet made for my mother. Their jewelry is beautiful and unique and is much less expensive than freeze drying and I can wear my flowers forever.

Can cupcakes be kept with fresh flowers?

I am looking into a business venture with a local florist but I am concerned about keeping my cupcakes in the same case as the fresh cut flowers. Does anyone know if the flowers will change the taste of the cupcakes or the frosting? I haven’t been able to find an answer to this question.

I used to work at a florist (a very nice one) and on occasion the flowers were delivered with tiny flies. I would say get a separate fridge for the baked goods.

What are the Nicest Black & White wedding flowers?

I’m looking at flowers for my wedding & I’m having a black & white wedding with a splash of hot pink.
What are the nicest type flowers to have?

Well, if you’re using silk flowers you can have anything you want.
There is no such thing as a truly black flower, and most of the flowers that are close to black naturally are very very expensive and hard to find if you can find them.
Perhaps plan on using something like dried eucalyptus leaves spray painted black with your white flowers. For hot pink you could use dianthus or perhaps something that has been dyed like carnations which take up dye very well.
For a formal wedding you might want to simply use white flowers in black vases with pink bows. Roses or lilies always look very formal.

What do they do with they do with the flowers after the Rose Parade?

Do they throw them away or do they do something cool with them. A few years back they made potpourri out of them and sold it. Anyone know what they do with them now?

Many of the covered areas on the floats are with petals that have been pulled off a bloom and each glued separately. They park them in an area that’s like a big open field and charge $7 to come and walk around them and see them up close.

It may be that they make to ones they can get off info potpourri or perhaps they sell them to a company that makes it. This way they can recoup some of the enormous costs involved in the parade. The city has tons of trash to pick up after the parade and have extra police to direct traffic as it is a super traffic jamb in Pasadena, partly due to the parade and partly due to the football game at the stadium. They also set up sections of bleachers in certain areas along the parade route and sell tickets for seats at some. Homes along the route rent out their front yard and/or parkway areas. People camp out days beforehand. I like the potpourri idea and hope they do that so as not to waste so many beautiful blooms. On many floats, where you see a panel of complete blooms, they re often cut off the stem completely or on a very short stem, depending on how they are shaping things

If you get there, it’s really worth seeing them after the parade. You get to see the incredible hand-work it takes to crete them.
