I wanted to keep few of the fresh flowers from my wedding boquet foever. Is there any way i can dry them up??? is it ok to put the flower in beween the pages of the thick heavy book to dries up or should i dry it in fresh air??
Secure with a rubber band. Tie a pretty ribbon around them then a string and hang them upside down on the wall. Air drying is the oldest and easiest method for drying flowers.

Do you want them dried flat or do you want them to mostly hold their shape?
If you want to dry them flat you can gently spread them between pieces of paper and place a heavy book on them.
If you want them to hold their shape you could ask your florist to do it for you. It depends on the flowers what method will work best but some can be hung upside down to dry.
You could also spread them out on paper or screening and then make them into potpourri.
If you have many flowers you may want to use more than one method.

You will get the best results if you start the process before the flowers start drying out on their own, but it is possible to get good results after also. There is a product called Flower Drying Crystals made by Absorbent Industries and available through their web site http://www.SilicaGelPackets.com that is great for drying flowers. The short version is you cover the flowers with the Silica Gel beads in an airtight container and let them sit. The more moisture in the flowers, the longer it will take, but it is faster and yields better results than simply hanging them to air dry. The best part is, they are reusable, so if you get them for these flowers, you can simply heat them up to reactivate them and use them again the next time you get flowers!
