week later, I am entitled for a full refund.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered as a Christmas present to someone in Ireland now that person is back in England.
The simple answer I think is to look at the link then decide yourself as there are too many factors to take into account to list here. If you go to the link then to the bottom of the page and look at ordering Terms & Conditions.

You need to check the terms and conditions on the website; I shop at a different online shop that offers next day delivery, and they say in the t&c that it is "the next working day after the working day on which the order was received, subject to stock availability"..which basically gives them a great big get out clause; if the day you order isn’t a working day, or they haven’t the stock in (which I would be unable to realistically prove one way or the other), I get nada compensation even if the delivery is, for e.g., a month later.
It will depend totally on the t&c on the contract you agreed to when you ordered.
Total pain but its that old "read the small print" thing!

Well, a full refund I don’t know. I think so. In a contract, it depends how crucial the condition is to be broken to the performance of the contract as a whole. If it was for that day and was useless a week later, then certainly. It would be a good idea to check and find out what went wrong. Shops are usually pretty good about this kind of thing.
