flowers delivery in the usa?

Hi everyone!
I’ve got a problem, and I hope someone can help me.
I’m italian, and I have to make a gift-delivery there in the usa; since I know it’s quite difficult to send things from here to usa, I thought I could send directy from there; it’s for one of my friends b-day, I thought to send some flowers, or maybe baloons, I found many websites, but my problem is that the only way I have to pay, is paypal, and I cannot find a website where I can pay by paypal.
