NO! do not buy …
NO! do not buy balloons from non-balloon stores they are cheap and old which means they will “pop”. I use Qualatex balloons which have a date code on the bag you should check. Don’t buy balloons (260′s) that are older then 18 months. The code is near the UPCode and it is 5 numbers. Example “00109″ the 001 is the day of the year and the 09 the year, so 00109 is new years day of 2009
