Can you deliver flowers to a cadet to the Coast Guard Academy?

I want to send flowers but i don’t know if i even can since they’re strict and what not?

I don’t see a problem with it. I wouldn’t do it during the first initial summer training (July and August of the first year), but other than that, it’d be nice. They’ll be delivered to the quarterdeck in Hamilton Hall, and should find their way (by cadet messenger) to the cadet’s room from there.

    You probably could, I am not sure if they would get them immediately but it shouldnt hurt to try.
